5th grade mix operations problems Monster board game - Mixed operation problems are those that contain more than one math operation within them. In solving such problems, the position of each operation is cardinal else the answers can be all wrong. To abate this risk, a simple formula has been developed, abbreviated as PEMDAS also referred to as BODMAS. This ushers in the concept of order of operations which students study under algebra. There are over 10 problems and students have to solve each one and select the correct answer from the choices listed below the activity.
